Our Research and Technical Staff are constantly developing new products to maintain market leadership. Our approach to developing new services is to monitor industry trends, solicit client feedback, attend and exhibit at dozens of trade shows annually, observe the competitive landscape, and hold user conferences. We draw from all of these sources and measure benefits to both clients and cardholders to determine priority for delivery of new features and functionality.

All proposed functionality and feature changes or additions are scrutinized and measured in four distinct areas:

  • Security impact - Does the proposed solution increase or enhance security?
  • Benefit - How does the proposed solution benefit cardholders or clients?
  • Impact - How much of the user base will benefit from the proposed solution?
  • Feasibility - Does the cost and benefit, along with the level of effort and security ramifications, justify the proposed solution?
