J. F. PURCELL
Chief Executive Officer, President and Director

Joseph F. Purcell has extensive experience in leading several companies in a wide variety of industries to significant growth and market leadership.
Prior to joining Global Cash Card in 2002 Mr. Purcell was CEO of P.C. Services a temporary staffing company. Previous to that Mr. Purcell served for ten years as CEO of Personnel Connection where revenues and profits exceeded industry averages.
Mr. Purcell has led a number of mergers and acquisitions which includes the sale of Personnel Connection to a public company.
Mr. Purcell has earned the reputation among his peers as a “Business Builder.”
Born in Newark New Jersey, Mr. Purcell attended Rutgers and Seton Hall University.

JOSEPH M. PURCELL
Co-Founder/Director/ Chief Operating Officer

Responsible for day to day operations since its inception, Mr. Purcell has helped grow Global Cash Card from a concept to an industry leader in customized PayCard solutions.
With his extensive experience in the Financial and Payroll industry Mr. Purcell is uniquely qualified to lead Global Cash Card’s continued growth as a PayCard innovator.
Prior to founding Global Cash Card Mr. Purcell spent 15 years in the Staffing Industry running two successful Staffing Companies.
Mr. Purcell attended the University Southern California and currently resides in Orange County California.

RICHARD ELLIOT
Chief Technical Officer and Director

Richard Elliot joined World Processing, LTD. in 2002 as Chief Technical Officer. Continuing his extraordinary track record of technology innovation that spans over 16 years, Mr. Elliot manages all technical operations for the company.
Mr. Elliot co-founded PacificNet, an Internet Service Provider, in 1995. Serving as President, CEO, CTO, and Majority Owner, Mr. Elliot steered the company into the custom Internet software development arena with targeted niche market Internet solutions such as VISP (Virtual Internet Service Provider). The first company to utilize "VISP" was Excel Telecommunications, followed closely by SEGA for their Dreamcast Game Box.
In 1997, Mr. Elliot developed a means of delivering high-speed internet access by taking small unlicensed indoor radios, modifying them with Russian, declassified, military radio parts, putting them on mountain tops, and pointing them at populated areas. This innovation launched PacificNet's Broadband Wireless Division, one of the first High Speed Wireless Internet Access services.
In 2000, Mr. Elliot designed, programmed and deployed "Codesonics," a dynamic audio/visual content delivery system for the Radio broadcast Industry. This new system allows radio stations to add dynamic visual Internet content to compliment their on-air broadcast is now in its production deployment phase.
Mr. Elliot has pushed technological boundaries and creates innovative, successful solutions for the demands of global business. His creativity and technical expertise will allow him to continue providing viable, valuable technological solutions for the future.

MICHAEL PURCELL

Senior Vice President/ Director

Michael Purcell joined World Processing, LTD. in 2002 as Vice President and Sales Executive. Mr. Purcell previously has held positions on the Board of Directors at two successful temporary staffing organizations, P.C. Services, Inc., a Los Angeles based organization and Personnel Connection, Inc., a nationwide company. Mr. Purcell's track record in sales, sales management and operations provides a solid base for his duties and responsibilities with Global Cash Card. In addition to his active involvement in the business, he participates in many civic programs giving back to his community such as The Braille Institute of America, The Literacy Foundation and several sponsorship programs for children.

MICKI NOLAN

Director of Business Development

Micki Nolan joined Global Cash Card in June 2002 . With her experience in business and leadership she helped launch Global Cash Card into Corporate America. Ms. Nolan is responsible for a dedicated staff of Regional Sales Managers who have worked with Fortune 500 companies worldwide. As the former President of MNP Corporate Staffing she grew it to become one of the largest and most successful Executive Recruiting and Staffing firms in the country. Ms Nolan brings over 25 years of sales experience along with the highest level of integrity and dedication to her clients. Ms Nolan is active in various charities and is proud to be a 25 year member and loyal sponsor of  St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
